Obama was on the Senate Foreign Relations committee. You can argue about the substance of his work but don't be an idiot on the facts. |

You know what? Is Hillary gonna still secretly support McCain now? Cause this bitch is stealing her thunder big time. I wanna see her take her down like she
did all of Bill's hos.
And also can one of you Floridian OTers tell me if your gay gov called off his phony engagement yet? Just wondering. |

He never even chaired a single session on that committee.
If McCain wins this will most likely set-up a Palin vs. Hillary election in 4 years. |

I'm sorry, I still just think it's hilarious that both candidates selected running mates that emphasize not one but several negative talking points
they use on their opponents. Who's writing this election?

All of the obamatards should remember
when "experience" is an issue, the apprentice normally learns from the master. Not the other way around as the Obama ticket is. It only highlights the weakness of Obama -very smart blogged quote |

Yes, youfist, but "experience" is not the issue this election. "Ideas" and "policy issues" have taken presidence thus far.
"Experience" is the petard being thrust as McCain's only real strength, although when elaborated upon, the only experience that seems to matter
from his own accounts is being a POW. Looking further only aligns him with Bush.
And Palin has neither experience or any set of ideas or issues that will catch fire with Americans. I'm sure her creationism in particular will just electrify audiences.

Alaskan politics are not easy, either... so to have an 80% approval rating is just amazing. Whether they win or not, it's fun watching the Obama camp squirm over this pick. |

McCain just wants to fuck her...or at least finger her with his good hand. |

youfist wrote:Actually this pick highlights McCain being full of shit when he blathers on and on about how not ready Obama is while installing on his own ticket someone even less experienced who was about two months into beginning her term as governor of a state with less than half of 1 percent of the nation's population when this presidential campaign began. eta: When Obama was a state senator in Illinois he represented almost twice as many people as voted Palin as governor of Alaska in 2006.
