A decent show on CMT right now. Basically American Idol for country couples. There have been a few talented pairs so far. The only downside is Naomi Judd
getting to judge again
The brother pair was awesome, and really down to earth. They just want to make people smile :) They replay both the episodes at 10 30

Can't stand that girl from Friday Night Lights. She totally turned on her partner, when shes already the famous one. I thought her partner was better
anyways.
The fact that they can make one person advance and put them with a different partner does put a interesting twist into anything. I loved the father and daughter, he seemed like a great guy. And his response to them thanking him for being a marine, was one of the most classy reactions I have seen to that sort of thing on reality tv. |

The Friday Night Lights girl was decent enough. She made it, probably more for the looks than the voice. I forget her name, but she had dark hair and was quite
attractive.
I looked on the imdb for the show to find her and saw no one who resembled her. |

Hell yeah! I think they are far away the best duet. Amazing chemistry and stage presence, plus I love the harmonica. Both are born stars. Out of all the duets,
they are the most marketable.
Did anyone notice that "Irresistible with a Z", the girl who sucked was the girl on Idol who was dating the twin brothers and sang "Black High Heels" and told Simon he can have whatever he wants if he puts her through. <3'd her. |

If it was a dark-haired girl from Friday Night Lights, it was probably Minka who plays Lyla. Everyone else is pretty much blond.

I'm a sucker for CMT reality shows (Popularity Contest rocked, and I am even a fan of that crap Coyote Ugly show).
Anyway, this is pretty good so far. I find it funny that Nathan Herron made it to Hollywood on American Idol (Season 4 or 5, I'm not sure), and he even has his own thread here at Sucks. I'm pretty sure that the FNL actress is the girl who plays Smash's girlfriend. The one who was at the movies with Smash and his sister when that hick guy started giving them a bad time. |

I liked this, and for the fact they let everybody audition, young, old, whatever. I thought they should have let the two that sang the Everly Brothers
through, Apache or whatever they were called, they were good. Naomi is very funny, and very good, she'd be better than Paula on AI. I like the blond guy
voice coach, but his hair is major distracting, like A Flock of Seagulls guy. He needs a proper hairdo you can see his face, he has a nice face.

I would not to see Naomi on AI. She was a nonsensical bitch on Star search, but she does seem to be a bit more reserved on this show.
One judge thing that is bugging me: The other female judge sounds like Fred from Angel, it is rather disconnecting for me. |

Agree about the flock of seagulls hair, awful. I generally don't enjoy Naomi, but since this is her genre, we will see. The FNL girl I think said her
name Jana, and I agree she should have not ditched her partner. Love the Temptation Island host: Rossi Morreale so far. We will see how he does after the
auditions. My favorites so far are the husband and wife who brought the pastry for the Jigges. Love the throwback sound.

It seems like they put all the good duos in the first group. Cause of it a lot of them didn't make it
GeorgeBlack was totally roobed, even if they did bomb on their last performance. They were totally unique. I'm thrilled the Hippies and The Lexington Brothers made it. And Wild Honey as well. I love all three of them. Kaitlyn is also awesome, the big girl with the nose ring. Only problem is she just can't seem to find a good partner.

GerogeBlack sucked, glad to see them gone. Plus, that guy with the guitar was hard for me to look at.
Kaitlyn can't find a decent partner because she overpowers everyone else. I do think she wants/needs to be a solo artist. And as much as they are douchebags, I can't help but like that duo that is full of themselves, the duo with Naomi and the lame fortune cookie. Oh, and Aimee Mayo is a bitch. The teams were obviously expecting more out of their "mentoring" sessions. At least it seems like the other guy is much more involved by watching the previews for next week. |

The Capolla twins are so clearly the chosen ones. If you go to the site they are the only ones on the banner, with the 3 judges <3
RINGERS <3 <3 <3 <3 IMO they are the only marketable ones. They are just stars, flat out. <3 them. |
