I can't believe I even watched this...
And it's like they've managed to find a high school with EVERY stereotype that just so happens to BE on the Paper staff. Annoying know it all bitch, weird nerd guy who never gets to win anything, the %!!, and the annoying couple who will most likely self-abort their baby at the prom. But, the %!! and all his breakdowns are pretty funny...especially the one in the preview where he STORMS out of the class. |

I kind of enjoyed this, even though the editing was really obvious and you knew Amanda was going to get editor in chief within the first five minutes, thus
making all the "omg who will get EIC?" drama pointless. From appearances, these kids actually do aspire to be more than vapid famewhores (hopefully
being on an MTV reality show won't change that), and I think that's ultimately going to make for a much more entertaining show than The Hills has been
lately.

blatantly show underage drinking on TV... probably normal though in spoiled California. Seriously, this Amanda nerd sticking post-its on her bedroom wall with
shit like "Find ways to make everyone on the staff feel welcome..." what the hell is this, the Lifetime Channel??The flaming gay guy is also pretty
annoying.
Giana is hot... and I find her sassy attitude kind of intriguing... |

I think Amanda is actually TV gold! She is so oblivious and annoying that she's fun to watch. The show itself is kind of retarded though.

Yeah, that's the teacher from Clueless. I thought this teacher's name was Miss Weiss. I also really like Alex (male).
Amanda really is fucking clueless. I love when, a few episodes ago, Giana was trying to explain to Amanda that some people didn't like her. Amanda wouldn't listen. Then, on the first day of school, Amanda comments that everyone gets dressed up, except for Giana. When you're not friends with someone, you don't make those comments. It's like she's trying to joke to get into their group, but they don't like her, so it's different than if someone else made the same comment. |

The teacher's name in Clueless was Ms. GeisT.

Love this show.
The couple is annoying as hell, so is the gay guy. I know Amanda's annoying too, but they're all way too mean to her. And this is supposedly one of the best high school papers in the nation, huh? The classroom always seems completely chaotic and no one pays attention to anyone else. |

I think Amanda totally brings that all on herself. They disliked her before she got the job. She seems like someone that is very pompous and believes she is
very well-liked, even though no one likes her. She lives in her own little bubble. She's the type of person that you can curse her out to her face, and
she'll think you're joking because no way anyone can ever be mad at her.
