Ok here's the preliminary font. Needs some tweaking so (constructive) criticism please...

This is how it looks when it's made up like the actual show does it:

Not all the small letters or numbers are there yet, because we didn't have caps of the of any decent size.

Nice work, Tim! With so many letters, you should be able to make an educated guess what the other ones look like.

All the capitals are there, and those are the ones most commonly used. It's just a few of the small letters. In the meantime, Bedbug seems like an OK substitute.

I must admit, you're doing a damn fine job. I can't wait for the entire font to be finished. I noticed not all the numbers were in there yet.

I've added in the rest of the numbers and letters (although there's no substitute for the real thing), and basic punctuation. It's pretty much done now.

oops! the font doesnt appear and windows says its not a font file. whats the problem???

It's a ZIP file. You have to unzip it and then put the TTF file into the Windows fonts directory.

But I tried extracting the file from the zip to the Fonts folder and it wouldn't work. So I extracted it some place else and tried just opening it to see what the font looked like and I was told it was "Not a valid font". Maybe it's because I'm running XP or something. I don't know.

That's weird. Maybe it is XP. I tried downloading it from scratch in Windows 98 and it worked fine.

Yeah, I have XP and I'm getting the "invalid font" message, too. I downloaded Font Creator and I can view your font in that program, but I can't actually type with it in Word or anything.

Tim, is it possible that you can try creating a copy that's compatible with WinXP. I can't tell how hard much i have been looking for this font. I'd really appreciate it.

I don't know whats' wrong so I don't know how to fix it. Someone said they could open it in a font creating program, but not in Word or whatever. Can someone using XP try opening it in the font program and doing Save As or something. Maybe that will save it under an XP format.

As soon as i figure out what's wrong I'll try to fix it.
