Ouch. I love Carrie, but that's borderline scary. She probably just has low self-esteem, but she shouldn't. She's beautiful and it wouldn't
hurt her to even gain ten pounds. She'd have to gain a good thirty pounds before it's even noticeable that she wouldn't be slim.

WOW at that Farmbot article. I don't even think thats OCD, that sounds more like an eating disorder. The way she talks almost sounds like she could be on a
very slippery slope to being Karen Carpenter-esque (but with less talent).

No wonder Carrie usually looks like a bitch....she needs a fucking cookie! No one NEEDS a cookie, fatass. Carrie is the perfect example of a healthy human, and based on all of your freaked reactions, I can further my assumption that you are all ugly, worthless pieces of shit. Congratz!1! |

I can see that working in the fashion industry hasn't warped your perception of what a healthy person should look like.
Nope, not at all. |

Fcuk, what do you do in the fashion industry?

No one NEEDS a cookie, fatass.Wow, I'm amazed you can type THAT much without having to run to the bathroom to PUKE! Good for you! Fuck, it seems like you have absolute shit for brains! You're the perfect candidate to be a model! If you think obsessing about 5 pounds, or staring in the mirror all the time and saying "ew", or always dolling yourself up to look pretty is healthy, then you really are one fucked up individual you ugly piece of shit. |

The scary thing in another article is that Farmbot supposedly said she works out 4-5 times a week! Usually, one is supposed to give themselves 48 hours per
work out. And it's amazing that she wants to work out while she's touring none-the-less! When you're performing for an hour+++ on stage, there
shouldn't be a reason for someone to be working out on top of that! Performing should be a work out in itself.

Redhead9015 wrote: Very true. In her case I'd say she suffers from ORTHOREXIA - an obsession with healthy eating which can lead to early death. And even if she still happens to be healthy with her current diet and workout routines, she doesn't seem to be mentally healthy. It's exhausting to worry about food and weight 24-7 (trust me, I know). So even though she could still be within a healthy limit for now (we can't know for sure), her mind-body balance is very UNhealthy. So there, fcuk - that ain't healthy. You can't worry about one thing at the expense of another. It's all about BALANCE. |

Having low blood sugar can in fact affect one's mood. The fact that you view Carrrie's thoughts on weight as healthy speaks volumes about your own issues. seek help now! |

Carrie has had a helluva ride since her pre-idol days. I am not surprised she is having contol issues with her weight. I think it has less to do with self
esteem and more to do with the stress of stardom and touring and all the baggage of having had worldwide exposure.
Who among us would be able to maintain everything were we in her shoes? |

OMG some of you people are making a mountain out of a mole hill. I don't see anything wrong with counting calories and watching what you eat. And for
Carrie thinking she's ugly or whatever, everybody feels that way every so often so who cares if she was being open and honest about it. Shows how
"normal" she is....I swear, people around here will nitpick at every little thing about Carrie or Kelly..It's fucking stupid.

and fanny, I'm sure it's a little disheartening to read that your favorite has some clear issues with her body and self-esteem. I do agree with
you that I don't see anything wrong with counting calories or watching what you eat but that is NOT what Carrie described. She restricts her dietary
intake and she writes down everything she eats! She also feels so ugly that she won't leave the house without make-up and she notices if she gains five
pounds! Fuck most women gain and lose 5lbs at least once a month *if you get my meaning*

A lot of females have weight issues. I would say Kelly is the exception. Stop comparing Carrie to Kelly. I think the real culprit is Paula. She called her
boring.

Can you honestly say that you've NEVER looked in the mirror and said EWWW? I don't think Carrie has a deep seeded problem at all. It's just you
making it out like she has one. Who cares if she wants to look nice when she goes out. She probably knows that people are going to take her picture and
it'll be posted everywhere. I see nothing wrong with that.....

fanny, I don't think we would have gotten into this debate if somebody hadn't claimed Kelly was overweight and unhealthy and that Carrie's strict regime was the way to go. We made a mountain trying to cover that little turd comment because the last thing we want to hear is that people like Kelly need to feel ashamed of the way they look. |
