Not really. I love Survivor..will always love Survivor. I want to see it go on for a long time...but if it didn't i'd be fine i think.
We have 16 (+2 more for sure) coming and possibly more. When survivor ends we'll still have 18+ seasons to watch back. I also will be able to stop working my thursdays around Survivor...which would be nice. Having said that..once again i hope Survivor stays on the air for a long time coming. |

If they keep this stupid Final 3 and hidden Idol junk, I say bring it off the air. They've managed to ruin the show quickly, who knows what it will be
like if they keep going?!
OK maybe that was too strong, but seriously,does anybody truly like the more recent seasons like Fiji, Guatemala, and Cook Islands more than the pre-ASS ones? Survivor has lost its magic. |

To be honest, yes. Guatemala is actually consistently my 2nd or 3rd favourite season out of them all (behind Pearl Islands). You can't judge China the same
way you would have judged Australia, because the game has evolved and changed a lot since then.

they just spent all that money to upgrade to HD for next season. They wouldn't do that if they were only gonna do 2 more seasons. Survivor will be on for
at least 4-6 more seasons if not more.

I have always loved Survivor, and still do, but I will get a perverse glee the day it is canceled. Why? Well I have met way too many people over the past decade who I honestly don't think will be able to live without it. There is just this weird subculture of people out there who rely on this show like it is their mama's teat. For that reason, more than anything, I will kind of enjoy watching what happens when Survivor is canceled. I wonder how many Survivor zealots out there will simultaneously hang themselves. |

If I could pull it together after the cancellation of The Magic Hour I think when Survivor is eventually cancelled I will be able to hold it together mentally.

Well, I survived the crime of Titus getting canceled, and lived through the travesty of Whose Line is it Anyway? being canceled so, I think I'll live after
Survivor stops being made.

Considering I've gone this entire season without having watched American Idol and yet I'm still living, then I think when Survivor's over it's
over.
Guess what folks? Without either American Idol or Survivor, the sun will still come up, grass will continue to grow, and there is life to go out and find. |
