If Neil had the medical reasons, would HIPPA apply? It prevents others from releasing your records but you can still release your own information, can't
you? It would definitely apply if Neil was removed because he caused a medical condition for another houseguest.

Yeah, we KNOW CBS would never tell us the reason Neil got booted, HIPPA or no HIPPA. It doesn't explain why Neil himself can't tell us.
I'd like to know before BB10 comes on. It's seriously bugging me. If anyone would have been removed for medical reasons it should have been that skank Jen with her contagious plantars warts & odd rashes. |
