I still can't believe that woman thought you open a glass jar by banging it on a counter.

Shane and Lisa are the only ones with enough gravitas for their own show.
Fun to watch the others screw up, though. Great collection of characters. |

Unless she somehow finds a solution to the squinty-eyes problem, she should NOT get a show. An ability to actually open one's eyes is a baseline criterion for pretty much ANY on-camera position... I used to hate her based on her stupid C's, and now that she's stopped that mess, I'm warming to her as a person. That doesn't mean she should be on television. |

That's not true - French Stewart has had a somewhat successful career!

Lisa, Aaron & Kelsey seems right to me. The first two are better cooks, but a glance through the TVFN lineup will tell you that's not their #1
priority.
Jennifer was an imbecile. In the first challenge, she didn't "describe" much of anything, and the only ingredient she even managed to identify was scallions. How the hell did she miss the giant piece of chicken on top? Seems like that might have been a good place to start. There was no aspect of that show she didn't screw up royally, and that lumbering bovine personality of hers would probably drive the entire network into bankruptcy. Susan Whatsherface is a hypercritical shrew, and her turducken comments were just asinine. They had 45 minutes lady. Use some common sense. |

You are absolutely right. And Lisa would be an EXCELLENT choice to play a freaky alien on a crappy sitcom. I stand corrected. An ability to open one's eyes, though, is still an important criterion for a host...

I'm sure I'm the only one still watching this...this and "She's Got The Look"...but hooray for Adam doing well during his Rachael Ray
segment.

I was all for Adam this week...he toned down the cornball act and did a great job in his Rachael Ray segment. Plus the food looked really good. I figured he
was a lock for Vegas and was surprised when they told Aaron he was in first.

Shane was too gawky for TV. It would never have worked.
Lisa is perfect for TV if she could just keep her cool more consistently. She's got natural charisma and is the only one who seems to be a dynamic presence and personality on camera. I hope she wins, because I'd actually watch her show, whereas I probably wouldn't watch shows by the other 3. Kelsey represents the bad but typical Food Network personality...very nice but saccharine and somewhat fake. I don't agree with the whole "authority" thing the judges (can't stand any of them) are talking about. She seems by far to be the most confident and secure when she talks on camera. Adam can't cook and is a joke. Aaron's fading...I wasn't as impressed as the judges were. |
