I'm surprised Jason is doing that poorly, given his strong fan base. I think with text messages, he may still outlast Syesha.

Cook is lucky many fans are afraid of Daughtry history repeating itself, because I don't think those votes are all from performance. And next week will be the big comeback where he gives the best performances ever.

Does anyone think it possible that they pimped David A so much this week is because he was THIRD in votes last week?

He just has to go . . I am just so heartily tired of the manipulation. Almost too done with it to vote . .

And I actually will buy Jason's album if it is the folk type stuff he does do well. It fills a niche - not too many out there. Still havent decided if David C is original or not . . .

Cook was of course excellent tonight and way better than Archuleta but I do think he's lucky many of his fans are also Daughtry fans. They're all fucking paranoid he'll get Daughtry'd so they're voting hard to stop that from happening.

Archuleta blows, the praise tonight was ridiculous. Hopefully next week when they're sure they can get Syesha/Jason out and get their D/D F2 they're actually honest with him and tell him he sucks.

Archuleta and Mercado are neck and neck for 2-3 on dial idol at the moment. Of course, I doubt Mercado will be able to hold a candle to DA's text votes. Still worried about Cook being in the bottom 2, even though he's ranked 1st.

If they start being honest to any of them that would just kill the season's momentum even more. I think they'll almost have to keep BSing, because people are already worn down enough as it is. They have to keep pretending these people are brilliant, because otherwise they'll lose the small amount of face they have left.

DialIdol had Michael 3rd from the bottom in the top 8, and KKKristy in 4th place (out of 7) a week later. They then salvaged some shreds of their reputation by getting Carly right. In other words, they're about as reliable in predicting who will get booted as an average sucks member...

Michael was still an option to be voted off though, he was in yellow.

Cook, Syesha and Archuleta all have TWICE the score that Jason has on DialIdol right now. He's toast.

If they want to insure that a David goes next week, then yeah, it'll be a Syesha/Jason bottom 2. I'm still drawing a blank with who TCO is though, Archie or Cook.
