Forgot about Summerfest concerts -- I'll probably see Tom Petty, I'm on the fence about John Mayer. My SIL wants me to go see Peter Frampton with her
at the House of Blues, not too sure about that. My husband will be dragging me to go see Mark Knopfler.

Morrissey likes people.
A friend of mine is his biggest stalke...I mean fan...and he camped out in front of his house for almost 24 hours until he came out. He finally did, took about a million pictures with him, then signed everything that was asked of him, including his arm, which superfreaky fan then immediately went and got tattooed over. The more you ignore him, the closer he gets INDEED. |

My mom/dad/sis went to see Bruce Springsteen and said it was wonderful. He puts on a great show I guess.
There is some summer concert thing coming to Red Rocks I got invited to go to, I might do that. Let me figure out what the hell it is and who will be playing! |

Where do you see him anyway? I see him in Pittsburgh (Burgettstown, whatever) Been going evey year 'cept maybe 2x for the past 15 yrs. The 2 I missed were coz I stood in line to get tix (pre-internet days for me!) and they sold out directly before me! BOTH times! This year I screwed up BIGTIME!! I'm a "Lawnperson" and when I hit find 4 tix, exactly at 10am, I forgot to put lawn. It found me tix - at $600!!!! I backed up and put in lawn at 10:08am and it was sold out. No sweat, my friend and I can surely score some in the parking lot. It's been done before. (She's a looker, gets whatever she wants from them men!) We're gonna camp the night there after the concert, same a last year. We DID have tix on hand last year, tho. |

I think I am too old to get lawn seats at the PG Pavilllion. Last time I went I was really annoyed with everyone near me.

21, 22? Thank you, I'm 43!!!I DO keep in shape, cardio, weights, etc, so I'm good with standing/dancing the entire time!
Yes, Buffett concerts are all basically the same, btw, but it's the ATMOSPHERE that counts! When you are a full-time working single mom, getting out once a year is definitely a welcome break!! |
