I am sure they had a plan. But they have known for how many months that it wasn't, so it really doesn't matter. Also, when they were doing finale
three's, there was always the chance for a tie, and we never heard what they would do.

If there was a tie they would have resolved it in Micronesia when Jeff went to read the votes. Probably do a revote first, and if it's still tied they
would do a fire-making challenge.
When Jeff read Parvati's 4th vote you knew she was the winner because the 5th vote was obviously for Parvati. |

Or they might have done a "fan vote", where the viewers decide. But I'm glad it didn't come to that.
