No, they just edit it out. No one really tells us what to say or do. The only thing we get reprimanded for talking about is production. Like if people are talking about casting or a cute camera guy or something of that nature, they really can't use that footage, so they tell us to stop. On a similar note: Do they edit it out when you guys talk about other seasons? Because I noticed you never see discussions about prior seaons, just some very seldom references. |

Eliza, how would you rank the post-ASS seasons in terms of how rough the conditions were? Where would Vanuatu, Panama, Fiji, and Gabon fit in below?
-Tough- Guatemala (hot inland season) China (James thought it tougher than S16) Micronesia (rainier than S10) Palau Cook Islands ((Parv thought S16 was harsher) -Easy- |

I think we had some spoilers back around S13 who were in Cook Islands in the same month the castaways went. They said the weather was a very mild temperature
at the time, and since Cook Islands was one of the last seasons where they were given an abundance of supplies right at the beginning, I'd say those
conditions were pretty easy. Fiji also seemed pretty nice, weather-wise. I can only remember two times they showed it raining (the first night and the night
Lisi was on Exile Island).

The fact that CBS chose to release VANUATU on DVD over other seasons is an indicators it's not one of the lesser seasons.

The weather was really bad in Micronesia and it was dirtier conditions. I think that was the worst of the beach seasons for the contestants

I would say that Gabon has been such a piece of cake compared to the other seasons. And I don't think the food situation is that bad. I mean, they are
given rice arent they? from the very beginning? Also, the weather looks great and the cast didn't even have to build a freaking shelter! And how about the
fact that Charlie, Marcus, and Corrine have all been working out the day AFTER they have been voted out! Has that ever happened? I think that is just a
testament to how easy this season has been in terms of location especially following China and Micronesia which looked pretty tough.
