He wasn't a good strategist, therefore he's not on my list. Had he come in second place with the strategy he used in S13, I'd have trouble putting him in the top 20 anyway. Cirie > Amanda in 2 of the 3 major aspects of Survivor: Strategic, social. Amanda is a better competitor in challenges, that's it.

But Cirie (along with Parvati and Amanda) were under the assumption all game long that there would be an F3 (in which Cirie would've undoubtedly won), so Cirie realized that being the bottom rung of the threesome wouldn't matter, as they would all be in the finals together. When James got injured (if that is the reason for the F2), Amanda got LUCKY that she'd actually have a shot at victory. According to Erik, had it been an F3 like they all thought it would be, Cirie would've swept the vote. That's why I say she is the better player.

I agree that Cirie isn't perfect, I just feel that she's a better strategist and smooth talker than Amanda. I can't prove it, but I would think Cirie would negotiate with the jury better than Amanda and win over Parvati, which Amanda couldn't do. Her jury management was abysmal both seasons, resulting in her getting a total of 4 out of 15 votes to win. I'm not a Cirie fan AT ALL, but I do feel that it should've been safe to assume an F3, considering some of Jiffy's past comments about how they may never go back to F2 because there's no reason to, etc.

If you are talking about Micronesia then Amanda played a better game. Amanda finished 2nd and Cirie finished 3rd.

It doesn't matter. Tracy couldn't overcome what happened to her, and she finished what, 12th or 13th? Unimpressive.

Correct, because he placed better than him. Just because Joel played a threatening game, doesn't mean he played a good game.

No, it is the factor. Where you place determines how good you are. All the other factors don't matter at all. And the only time they do is during the F2 or F3, when everyone left is tied for 2nd or 3rd place at that point and the jury has to vote for the winner. At that time, and only at that time, is it fair to say the player who played the "toughest" game or whatever is the best player.

It doesn't matter if they thought Cirie was the biggest threat. What matters is Cirie got placed 3rd. Which means Cirie's game had more flaws than Amanda's and Parvati's.



I feel I am going in circles a bit, so I am going to stop replying to people's arguments at this point because it is getting repetitive. When someone replies to my post, I will reply back.
