Serious question - what you did later notwithstanding, did you think that Jason was an idiot for not playing the hidden idol on the night he got voted out?
Natalie (Catalie) is insanely good at persuading people into doing really stupid things. I'm not that shocked that Jason and I fell into the same trap. She also is insanely hot. In hindsight, he's not stupid,.. in the moment I thought he was very stupid. A lot of it had to do with the fact that everyone on the tribe was hating on him, and later I experienced the same thing when Alexis left.

Hey Erik, were you getting pissed off at Jeff at the reunion when he kept rubbing it in about you being the dumbest survivor? What did your family think when they saw that episode of you getting booted?
My dad wanted to fucking kill Natalie, the rest of my family didn't care one way or the other. I was pretty sure I was gonna get slammed at the Reunion so I wasn't to suicidal.

Was meeting Jason Siska the greatest achievement in your life so far or was it merely competing against him head to head ?
On day one I was like,"This guys pretty cool" and by day two I was like,"What the fuck are you fighting with Chet for? SHUTUP"

what IS your favorite ice cream flavour?
Pumpkin. It tastes like Pumpkin Pie.

HOW DID IT FEEL GETTING CIRIEOWNED?
Cirie is fucking awesome. Insults, Immunity Necklaces, and Ozzy/Mancrush comments asside, she's hardcore at manipulating people.

Were you not at all concerned about everyone always knowing who you voted for?
Not at all. I wanted to be seen as a non-threat. I threw/dropped out of a lot of individual immunites early on so the girls would focus on the other guys. (holding your arm up, Under the water grate.)

Do people point and laugh while you scoop their ice cream or do they ask for autographs?
I get a lot of pictures and Autographs, and those who laugh at me I just laugh at them cuz they're paying $3.45 for a 89 cent wafflecone.

I have a question! Obviously, the girls said a lot of things to make you give your IN - and some weren't on the editing. What were their most convincing arguments?
- Natalie outlined that if I was next to a girl the way the alliances looked at that point I would lose due to number of women on the jury
- I thought it made more sense for Natalie and Cirie to help me vote out the strong pair of Parvati and Amanda, seeing as they told everyone they would never vote for eachother.
- Cirie and Natalie would only agree to the above mentioned if I helped redeemed my trust with them by handing over the necklace.

Not good rational points, but also effected my thinking:
- Amanda was messing with me since Ozzy left, being my bff one minute and telling me I was a snivelling little weasel the next
- Natalie kept following me around pestering the shit out of me
- Cirie did too.
- Alexis was gone and she actually treated me like a human
- I was fucking starving and resorted to frying up chicken feed to make shitty black granola mixed with coconut juice
- I am stupid
I hope that's enough excuses.

Erik, now the important question. Were you LIVID at anyone at the reunion? How is everyone recovering from survivor?
I was alright, as long as I have some food to eat I'm not angry at anyone.
Kathy is awesome now, she's real funny. Truk was kinda low-key and relaxed which was odd. Jason hangs out with Todd a lot.

Erik, what was the best fun at Ponderosa?
Getting wasted and playing James in Halo 3.

What did others think when they found out that you pulled the tribe's name out of your ass?
Cirie was PISSED. "Erik you got some nerve"

Would you have voted for Cirie over Amanda if there had been an F3?
Damn, good question. Possibly, yeah. I think Cirie could have swept it if it were final three.
