Mole 2 paled in comparison to Mole 1. I remember seething at the producer's dumbing down of the show because they deemed the first mole too complex and intelligent. Mole 2 was whack.

Season 2 is on YouTube? Excellent! Since it doesn't look like they'll ever get off their ass and do a DVD, it'll have to do.
I love, love, love this show. I remember thinking that Jim was the Mole pretty much the entire time while watching. The finale was so well-edited, where you saw the red thumbprint and then Jim sighing, and later the green thumbprint and Stephen finding out that he won. Oh, and Kathryn's a total babe. One of the great forgotten hotties in reality show history. If ABC were smart, they'd bring it back, lump it together with Lost and bill it as "Night of Mysteries" or some crap like that. Celebrity Mole 2 actually got good ratings (on par with TAR nowadays). ABC could use a franchise that would have a guaranteed audience coming into it. But please...civilian editions only. It'll lose a little something without Anderson but I think everyone would settle with a lesser host if we could just have the show back. |

Kathryn would make a great host to this show I think...I'd love it if it was brought back just like beatles said...but I won't even give it more then a thought.

Seriously, Mole 2 was spectacular. One of my favorite seasons of any reality show ever.
But srsly, though I had my suspicions about a certain contestant, everybody knew who the mole was if you went to Mole boards and whatnot... there was one clue (I say this because it takes actual research to figure it out even if you see it, but the telephone number clue) that completely gave it away once you deciphered it. |

I'm surprised that you guys didn't know Mole 2 is on youtube. I watched Patrick's episode two weeks ago. Now, I gotta look for Al's episode (the best episode of that season mainly due to Anderson's Fun House)

The only problem with Celebrity Mole was that they didn't clone Corbin Bernsen and have a dozen of him competing against himself.

^thats why im one of the few who liked celebrity mole. Corbin Bernsen was hilarious with his neurotic searches for clues. BTW, im watching mole 2 right now, as i type this, there in barga, italy, and its the pizza/wine challange

The great thing about The Mole is that the eliminations were always random and had you on your seat each time.
It's not like Survivor where there's strategizing or ANTM where there's affirmative actions for blacks and fatties or American Idol where there's Sanjambalaya. |
