Anderson wanted to do another Mole, but CNN wouldn't let him. And he signed up with CNN because ABC yanked the Mole for the entire season and burned off the season during the summer. They put it on in a tough time slot and never really gave it a chance. Celeb Mole wasn't bad, but it wasn't as good as the regular Moles. Kathy Griffith was funny on the first celeb Mole. She'd make a good host.

Season 2 of The Mole is definitely one of my favorite reality tv seasons ever. It had so many great, memorable characters (Dorothy, Bill, Bribs, Katie, Heather, Al, and of course Elavia <3<3), great locations, and a great host.

Favorite Anderson Moments: Anderson's Fun House and Elavia's execution whenever he went on to pretend they were going to red screen someone else, anyways.

I loved EVERYTHING about both seasons of the Mole. We had knock down dragouts on the ABC boards the first season about who was the mole....Good Times...
I still giggle when I think of Al in the wine vat stomping the grapes thinking of a way to tell people that they were drinking his foot juice... |

Mole 2 had a better cast but Mole 1 was great too. The winner played a great game and probagood on survivor. Jim was a great character, as well as charlie and katheryn

KATHRYN!! One of my favorite reality show contestants ever. I was in love with her, she was beautiful. Oh wow, great times. Katie, Kate, Kathryn, Heather, and Elavia. My gals. I was so upset when Dorothy won though, Heather played such a better game. Anyone remeber that dumb blonde Wendy that was always a fuck up? She was pure gold. I remeber the Mole Season One like it was yesterday.

My sister had Celebrity 1 on constantly for some odd reason....I was able to look past the cheesiness of having washed up nobodies play the game and realize that The Mole itself was a damn shitty format for a show. :yawn:

The Mole is def my favorite reality show ever.
As someone else mentioned, OZ Mole 3 is the single best season of any edition out there. OZ Mole 2 sucked because the Mole did such a bad job and was soooo obvious, but OZ Mole 1 was also good. US seasons 1 and 2 were of course great. If this show came back I'd spurt a little bit. |

I know that the first season reruns GSN ran weren't exactly high-rated but if they had an entirely new season, it could easily be one of their highest-rated shows ever. |
