I watched the marathon, but forgot about the finale. I figured Johanna was going to win. I wish they didn't show the finale commercial every 3 seconds
during the marathon because it was obvious who was going (yeah, I know they were repeats, but still). Great drama, though. Ashlie's response about losing
her beliefs when Kate survived over Cologne was phenomenal.

My favourite moment was when that queen from the second week got dragged away in an ambulance for having a panic attack over being eliminated.

Why waste time hiring someone who interviewed as if they didn't want to be there, AND whose personal history reveals an obvious tendency to walk away (dropped out of school, and sold her store quickly, AND tried to walk out on final challenge) ? |

I've been to a few interviews where I didn't want the job. You don't know until you get there and start talking to the interviewer. I've left
one or two telling the interviewer the equivalent of 'thanks, but no thanks.'

The question I would have asked is "How do you manage to hold up that big head with all that hair on that scrawny little body and skinny little
neck". I'm guessing I wouldn't have gotten the job, either...

I thought of that one too, LOL!

WHC wrote: As much as I like Megan and I think she should have been in the F2 with Johanna, that is very true. Megan is intense and she knows her stuff but if she's not getting something out of it, she loses her interest completely. Even after she's eliminated she can't even help herself and tries to walk off. It's bratty I agree but I respect her for not wanting to stick around when it wasn't doing anything for her. She had just been eliminated after all and from her exit interview it's apparent her emotions took a dive right after that. "Stop! Stop! I'm done! I played the game and I'm done now. I'm not dealing with Katie, I'm not giving someone else my ideas, I'm not doing it. Period. Get out of my face. Now!" Megan <3 Congrats to Johanna. She did a great job and it's obvious she has the passion for it. And compared to DyShaun, she was going to be much easier to work with and had more of her own point of view. Too bad she's probably going to get a huge pay cut but those are the sacrifices. Carboys Desire wrote: I agree. Sometimes you're not sure until you find out more about the job. Usually it gets to the point where I'll just say thanks for seeing me, I've heard enough and I won't waste any more of your time. It's also an job seeker's responsibility to not go for jobs they know they are not comfortable with. I don't think that's the case with Megan though. Her interest and expertise is definitely in fashion. She wanted the job but I think she simply thought she knew what she needed already, which was her mistake. I'm guessing because she was her own boss, she never had much experience actually going on interviews. |

I thought the show died when Kate left. Not that she would've won, but a Kate/Megan final two would've been awesome. A Kate/Megan assistant to Johanna
team was not the same.
And I would swear that the Elle Magazine czar or whatever they called her was 90 years old. The emaciated body, fright wig and overly tan, tight face said it all. |

I have to now go on a search for to see that eliminated contestant freak out. More people need to freak out when they get eliminated. You're already on a
reality show, so some of your dignity is already gone. Just get rid of the rest of it once you're eliminated.
ETA: Went on youtube, watched the end of episode 2, and Jason just walked into the elevator.

I believe he freaked out and then later he came back for the elimination.

Yes, that is what made it more ridiculous. He freaked out before the judging, had to be dragged away in a fucking ambulance, and then miraculously recovered
for his elimination.

I thought they should have booted him for being a drama queen, instead of claiming it was because of his photography. They said "we don't want to see
ten pictures of the same thing!" Well, that's what photographers do in order to get a good shot. Whoever edited the page should have been blamed for
putting too many pictures on it.

Former Angel Gabriel wrote: Possible explanations: She had once been interested in the job, but between that point and the actual interview, she had changed her mind. She had been interested in winning, and getting the title, but not in doing the actual work. She had been interested in getting a job, any job, and didn't really care what it involved. (Obviously, this didn't apply here, but it can be a common occurrence in the real world.) Inertia. (Also explains why some students are in college.) |

Megan <3
She signed on with her full name, which explains why she introduces herself as "Alida" in her CW pre-show interview clip.
Here is Kate's response in another interview: http://jezebel.com/511570...stylistas-mean-girl-megan
We can always count on Kate on having the last word.
And for a bit more about that tumor Megan mentioned, here's the only post-show interview I could find of her: http://www.stylistafanati...ive-interview-with-megan/
Well, maybe not towards Kate considering that a few days later she posted the response to her blog.
