SYNCHRONICITY II is probably my favorite POLICE song in terms of lyrics (How can you not love the symbolism of a father on the verge of homicidal rage being
connected to an emerging Loch Ness monster?). But the chorus to SYNCHRONICITY I is my favorite with respect to the cadence of the lyrics.
Plus, singing lead while playing bass (who is the glue of the group with respect to the rhythm) is badass. |
