I didn't realize this game would take-off here in OT.
I thought it would be a one-shot deal, so thanks! Here are the "rules" I set forth when I originally started it elsewhere: "THE PICTURE PUZZLE GAME I don't expect those to apply to a large board like Off Topic. The object is to have fun.

You're right, and my puzzle clues are faulty. I was going for "The Bridge Over the River Kwai" which seems to be the name of the
novel, while the movie was "The Bridge on the River Kwai".
