Canadians either need to wait for there to be an International version with English Countries (USA, Canada, Britain, Scotland, Wales, N and S Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Jamaica, etc.) this will inevitably come about, and if you can't wait that long, then Canada needs its own version.

So, where should they dump 16 Canadians? I like the idea of the Yukon. Has anyone read 'Never Cry Wolf'? Maybe they should abandon us near Churchill, MB, or by our own 'Four Corners' (Nunavut, NWT, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan). PEI? Nah, we'd just walk into town. Maybe the BC Rockies.

Where in the US has Survivor taken place? We, as Canadians, could go anywhere to do the show. But let's find someone other than Ben Mulroney to host it.

He made Canadian Idol almost intolerable, and lord knows E-Talk Daily is a walking crapfest. Maybe he'll get hit by a car and we won't have to deal with him ever again ... And ya, there's no reason to limit Canadian Survivor to a Canadian location. It wouldn't happen in Canada, period.

We can live in the fucking cold, we know this. On the other hand, Americans should do a Survivor in Canada. Not in the territories, come do it in downtown Montreal during late January. Live like a homeless person for 39 days. You'd all freeze to death.

It would be pretty humorous to watch. They should hold it where alot of french speaking folks live, and have them go to a town and get supplies like in PI. And it'd funny to watch them freeze.

From that, the competition would not be 100% fair as the US players would likely gang up on the Canadians et al & get rid of them. So even if they did allow a Canadian on the show, the Canadian player would not likely stand a chance of winning.

Another interesting concept for s Canadian Survivor would to put a tribe of French Canadians with a tribe of English-speaking Canadians...Let the war begin! lol

(Not saying all Quebec-ites are like this, just that many are) As for Canadians on Survivor, has everyone forgot Kel?? He grew up in Canada, Fredericton to be exact. He was considered an American citizen was because he was in the Army, but he is technically Canadian.

In Canada population: 33 million Survivor China 2.23 mil approx 7% population watching Amazing race 12: 2.14 Dancing w stars: 1.94 Survivor China and Amazing race still remain top rated here in Canada. A friend of mine from Global responsible for bringing big money reality tv to Canada had tried to get a world survivor with canadians, but found it was to expensive to get the rights to produce it in Canada. MB does not want his US program to suffer with another survivor program available to the same viewers.

I think the next step forward in survivor - after splitting tribes by gender, age, race - would be by countires. Tribe of americans, canadians, australians, english? or at least 2 or 3 from each country. this would also attract more viewers globally..
