Got in, but just saw a blank page. Looked at the HTML code, it's a Flash video. BTW, there's no secret messages hidden in the code.

I got on it. It basically says they are looking for volunteers, and you can put in your email address if you're interested, and that their national
recruitment drive will commence in San Diego from July 24 - July 27. Not a whole lot there yet.
"On behalf of the Dharma Initiative, OGR is currently seeking volunteers to contribute to an imprtant new research project." |

I thought it seemed like a strange commercial due to the "unpaid" thing, so I rewound for a second and saw the list of jobs with things like:
janitor, astrophysicist. and (my favorite that I caught) minibus driver.
I really hope we get a new ARG this off-season! |

I didn't put in my email because I figured I'd just get stuff from ABC's sponsors and affiliates.
It reminds me of the Office ARG where you started your own branch. Which went nowhere btw. |

If you read that terms and agreement link it seems to talk about all the rules for submitting stuff. That might just be standard legal mumbo-jumbo but this
thing could be some contest where they will eventually solicit videos related to LOST. Maybe the prize is a walk-on appearance on LOST or something.
