It's funny nobody here will admit Eric is a great racer. Not that I'm a fan, just saying, 2nd and 1st=proof is in the pudding.

I'll admit he's a great racer but he's still a total douchebag, and the only reason he won was the so-called dead weight he couldn't stop
bitching about. And this show has produced plenty of great racers, no-one really gives a shit anyway, great racers are boring.

I agree with pretty much everything SJ said.
TARAS was my first season, and after Oswald and Danny went home, I was rooting for the blondes. After watching Eric & Jeremy's original season, though (go go hippies!), I realized how awesome Eric is at TAR and was glad he won, even if that meant Danielle did as well. |

Eric was a strong racer when he had a strong teammate. But he and Danielle had a far worse placement record than either the BQ's or Charla/Mirna.
And Kris/Jon in all-stars would have been a worse travesty than Kris/Jon in season 6. But I knew the producers would never put themselves through trying to get blood from turnips again. |

I still can't bring myself to rewatching that season, even though it is my favourite one ever, because the ending is so deeply depressing. That's the
saddest I've ever been at a tv show, my two favourite teams EVER made the final 3 along with my least favourite team EVER (although now TK/Rachel took that
position from danielle/eric) and the LEAST favourite team EVER managed to somehow beat them despite coming last twice at previous pitstops. OMG THE MEMORIES
ARE HORRIBLE!! I might rewatch it sometime next year, I still can't bring myself to watch it any time soon though.

Insert a "two favorite teams of all time lose to fake couple" comment for me too.
The tasks for this season weren't very interesting; however, Mirna and Charla somehow manage to have trouble with nearly every single one that it made up for it with entertainment! |

All-Stars was pretty good for me. Drew being a douchebag sucked, and Danielle being there in the first place sucked, but overall I enjoyed it. Eric/Jeremy
were my second-fave team in TAR9 after the Hippies, and it was great watching Eric actually win, even though Jeremy should've been there instead of
Danielle and was the big damper on the win. Hell, I might have even rooted for E/J over Charla/Mirna in that case.
Solid season overall despite Danielle being there for some ridiculous reason. Definitely agree that Eric's one of the best racers ever (though if you consider Jeremy > Danielle, then since the Hippies beat Eric/Jeremy then the Hippies are probably the best racers of all time  ), and some overall solid
performances by most of the teams, with a few exceptions.
