Well not 100% final but I am going over to the seller's house tomorrow night to finalize the deal.
After 1 month of looking and looking, I am back where I started, the very second house I saw and the first house I was considering.
Um nervous and excited!
The gaysian will no longer be living with his parents!

Well he has a closing date set in because of his new home being built, I am very flexible so the later the closing the date the better IMO.
And he will write the offer letter since it's a private sale, and I will tell him tomorrow that I want him to put the conditions of finance/inspection. My dad already saw the house and said there is nothing major at all (he does renovation for a living). My current real estate agent knows about this and has agreed to read over the offer letter before my lawyer reads it over with me as well. |

we did a private sale and we as buyers had to write the offer. I don't think you're doing it right.

are you sure your realtor is doing it for free?....why?...did you sign anything with him/her....
we recently bought a house and when we signed papers with our realtor there was a little note in there that the realtor gets 2.5% of the selling price unless we bought a 'for sale by owner' in which case the realtor would get 5%...his explaination being that if he's the only realtor involved he'll end up doing the work for the seller too.... |
