Honey Smacks may be a controversial cereal to make the list for some people. I always loved this cereal, but for some reason everyone in my family hated it. I was always the only one to ever eat the box when it was bought. Eventually my parents stopped buying it for that reason, and I was tragically cut off from Honey Smacks for a long while. This cereal with it's honey, cornnut shaped goodness will always live on in my heart. It is a very good cereal, and for some reason I have been having a hard time finding it. Do they make it any more? Bonus ponits for the frog and the classic commercials. |

I was debating whether or not this cereal should make the list. Although it is rather plain, and I enjoy something a little bit more, I can't deny that they are delicious. If I feel like flavoring them up I can always sprinkle sugar over the top. When you do that, the sugary residue at the bottom of the bowl afterwards is heavenly. Plus they are made into delicious little square marshmallow treats, which I really enjoy eating. I like it when they are hot and gooey and fresh out of the oven. The charm of Snap, Crackle, and Pop can not be denied. They are classic cereal box characters and add to the appeal of Rice Krispies. Those guys have been around seemingly forever, as evidenced by this really old commercial. |
