Um, Honey Smacks, really? Ga-ross. I mean, I could eat a bowl, but they'd never come close to making a ranking of my Top 10 breakfast cereals, that's
for sure.
As for Rice Krispies, as a cereal, they're not great, but they're so wonderful in so many other applications that I understand their inclusion. And hell, they make sounds! That's pretty nifty. Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Captain Crunch, and Coco Puffs (all of which have been mentioned plenty of times already, appropriately) deserve to make the upper tiers of this list. The rest is pretty much a question of personal preference, but if shit like Life or Puffs makes the list, there's going to be hell to pay. Or even Mini Wheats, though people seem to love that stuff for some reason. I don't even think Lucky Charms deserves a spot, but that's probably unavoidable. I'm rooting for the underdogs that are Trix, Honey Bunches of Oats, and Reese's Cereal. |

This cereal is not very exciting, but I had forgotten how much I loved it until I picked up a box a few weeks ago. I ended up eating the whole thing in one day. There's not much to comment on with this cereal. Basically it is a honey/graham cracker flavored cereal, in the shape of a little tiny square. If you like honey, you will likely eat this cereal. If you don't, then you won't! Like I said, there isn't much exciting about this cereal, it just tastes really good. The whole time I was eating it I wanted to make little mini smores out of the cereal pieces. Golden Grahams delivers! |

Reese's Puffs makes the list for being a near perfect combination of chocolate and peanut butter flavored cereals. If you are a fan of PB and chocolate, you would probably enjoy this one. The only reason it does not rank higher is because I have not eaten it in such a long time. In fact I don't really remember much about it other than that it tasted really great. This is another cereal that I don't know if they even make anymore. |
