and when I say HATE, I mean despise with every fiber of my being.
It will be 2 months next week that I've been forcing myself to go.
At first my motivation was off the charts, but now I cry big racking sobs as I'm getting changed to go in there. I haven't missed a day yet, but man
is my brain scrambling for reasons not to go.
Insert your fat jokes here but one of you normies tell me what motivates you to keep going so I can steal your ideas.

Keeps me going for a week. After the swim, I get a massage, too. |

I don't go to the gym, I have a problem with the locker room. Anyway, only way I can happily exercise is by telling myself it's good for me and knowing
that I will get some sleep that night through exhaustion.
