I've never really been that crazy about the series in general, so the ones that are a bit off from the rest are the ones that I enjoyed most. Bond on film
is too often a rather dull character. On Her Majesty's Secret Service, License to Kill and the new Casino Royale come to mind for films I thought did
something a little more interesting.

I never cared much for Roger Moore, but I love Live and Let Die. Oh, and Goldfinger.

Goldeneye, although I haven't really watched too many of them all the way through. I loved the video game, so maybe that has a little to do with it, but I really liked the story. Sean Bean played Boromir in LOTR, and I like him. Ursula Andress, Diana Rigg, Barbara Bach are some of the ones I think are the hottest, but the girls in this film were pretty hot as well:

Dr. No is the gold standard by which all films in this genre are judged, and I love the Bond films.
Live and Let Die is my favorite, though. The terrific New Orleans setting, the mix of humor & action, and Bond's escape from the alligator farm was possibly the coolest thing ever filmed. Plus a teenage Jane Seymour:
Meanwhile, here's something fun from youtube to keep this from becoming a frau only thread: |

Grace fucking Jones at 9??
Also, Barbarah Bach and Britt Eckland are too similar - it's one or the other. Where the fuck were Maud Adams and Famke Janssen? What a shit list! |

Gotta continue the theme. I didn't care for hardly any of the Bond's til this came into my life
I will now see every Daniel Craig bond film. |

I'm glad to see some Tomorrow Never Dies love, it's one of my favorites. The car stuff is awesome. My favorite could be either Goldfinger or
Thunderball, it would just depend on the day.

I liked it, but I liked the books too - although I was pissed they chopped off the last 3 chapters of the book.
I haven't seen the other one with him and Nicole Kidman though. |

I love (and have) all of the Bond films.
But my favorites are: Goldfinger, Live and Let Die, From Russia With Love, The Spy Who Loved Me, You Only Live Twice, Goldeneye, and Casino Royale. |

Casino Royale was I thought an outstanding film.
The sequence with Bond and Vesper on the train? That could've been Sean Connery and Ann Margaret in their prime. My issue was the card game. Texas Hold 'Em in Monaco? Bitch, please. Plus, the plot hinging on the tells was beneath the franchise. Le Cifre was an outstanding bad guy, though, and I loved the Miami airport scene -- James Bond learning how to be Bond, James Bond. Craig's a promising Bond. Can't wait for Quantum Of Solace! |

Hopefully all the bad shit happening on the Quantum of Solace set isn't going to delay the movie. I think our beloved Daniel was injured not too long ago,
and some stunt dude died, and they crashed the car.

Even I'd do Daniel Craig.

(Bond: "The captain will give us passage, but he thinks we're slightly overdressed --
Ringo Starr boinked just as many chicks as the rest of the Beatles, and look at whom he settled down with: Barbara Bach. Bond girls are tough to judge, but my fave comes (counterintuitively enough) from the absolute worst Bond film, Moonraker, in the cheek bones to die for visage of Lois Chiles, aka Dr. Holly Goodhead.

I'm just surprised at the number of people Bond has been able to kill over the years without ever getting killed himself. That has to be some sort of
psychopath/mass murderer record.
