Yes! I hated celery until I quit smoking, then discovered I loved it. I can't handle it all stringy though.

You can destring it? I hate celery but never knew that you could destring it. I only like it cooked if it's in a soup.

of course. I love the way it smells. there's nothing worse than trying to pull shreds out of your teeth while drinking your bloody mary. but I do leave
the leaves on whether for soup or cocktails.
