You came here from Cali too? When I was still a resident of the Golden State I was too broke to afford gormet. So I dunno much about top of the line pies. But I can tell you where to find the best Philly Cheese steak and which bars on The Peninsula have the best grub.

Right after I moved up here I tried Jet City. It was magnificent. The next two times though were total crap, never went back.

That's the problem. I don't order pizza here because it all sucks! Hubby likes the Jet City and he and the boy get that every once in a while.
Sometimes we go to The Rock, but it's not as good as it was years ago. I'm thinking of trying that new restaurant on Fairview by Lake Union.. the one by Daniels, but I can't remember the name of it.

I'm a pizza snob. When I was a kid, my older brother was manager of Straw Hat Pizza Palace. He made the best pizza in the world for me and my sisters. I've never had anything to equal that. When I lived in Santa Barbara, I would order the Domino's. The franchise owner had a crush on me and would make my pizzas special! I would get free pizza coupons every year on my birthday and for Christmas. I expected the same quality when I moved here and ordered.. boy was I wrong.
