If anyone is ever in the Puget Sound area, you must check out the Crab Cracker in Kirkland. They serve a dungeness crab au gratten dish that is to die for.
No, it's not mezzican food, but it is cheesy glop and it is amazingly tastey.

Real authentic mexican is some dry shreded beef on a dry corn tortilla with some of that foul smelling crumbly white cheese on it, washed down with Tecate.

I fell in love with Mexicans a few years ago. I was being mugged by two fucking thugs in a Kroger parking lot and a swarm of Mexicans came to my rescue and
chased them off. They were like the latino superfriends!
