Do you blush??
I think I inherited a severe case of this. Every time I'm in the center of attention, especially when I'm speaking in class, or even when talking to people or just walking up to the counter to buy something, I always turn the deepest shade of red. I get self-conscious and when I blush, I get even more self-conscious. What's worse is that my eyes feel hot and my eyes begin to water--and people think I'm crying! Ugh.
Is anyone else like this? I've observed someone in high school experience the same symptoms but he denies it every time I ask.
