Ok, I don't know if it is the hormones, but since becoming pregnant my wife has started eating really bad. Almost every day she is skipping meals. I
thought you were supposed to eat more when pregnant. The other day (after she refused to eat dinner) I found her on the couch eating three containers of a
cheap imitation of sour twizzlers. I told her "honey, we have to watch what you eat because of the baby." She got upset and said she didn't
care. Today all she ate for lunch was a snickers bar. This is very hard for me because i eat super healthy and organic foods but i don't want to be
controlling. Is this normal when you are pregnant? If she doesn't change her eating habits is my child going to become retarded or even gay?! lol

Is she newly pregnant? Morning sickness can severely limit the kinds of food you can tolerate. Still...a diet of candy is pretty bad for a preggo. Is she
taking pre-natals? Not gonna make up for the lack of nutrition but it can't hurt. It may just be a phase or maybe she's depressed? Some woman can
suffer from depression throughout the entire pregnancy.

she doesn't seem to be worried about anything. she is taking folic acid and a multi vitamin i think but that's about it. She also never drinks
liquids, although that was before she was pregnant too. How much say do i have in what she eats without being controlling?
It's only a matter of time before she starts smoking and drinking. |

yeah, apparently she suffered from depression for a short time earlier in life, and the pregnancy has brought it out again i think. she's within 2 and a
half months and does have a bit of morning sickness but i don't think that's what is keeping her from eating right.

i don't know how to cook but i have tried to get her to eat my organic vegetables, andwhiches, cereal, etc and she says she isn't hungry. Oh and by

Does she say why she won't eat? Was she excited when she found out she was pregnant or apprehensive?
