If that's what you can afford paying cash, then get it. Fuck those credit users.

I don't want Tres to go into debt. I won't stand for it.

a good futon isn't a bad idea, though - covers can be washed and switched out when you want a change
maybe you can find a good one on craigslist? they can be comfortable with pillows sadness about the dog |

It's not bad. Get a nice throw, fold it, toss it over the back and it will look totally different.

it looks good except for the color... can't it be anything but boring gray

Anti would say "fire the futon torpedoes."

I actually used to know a guy who ran a little martial arts studio in the back of his Sofa Bed place.
Called it Kung Fu-Ton. |

I'm not crazy about that one, it reminds me of a car bench seat. I'd try to get one with the metal frames that look more couch-y when they're up.
Sorry about your dog, Tres.

Not ugly, but seems too small scaled. Like something you'd see in nomi's apartment.
You need something more comfy sized and snuggly for the fireplace room - how about a used leather sectional? Maybe with recliners on the ends. |

I didn't have to read beyond the word futon, to reply...
um WTF? Futon? Why don't lesbians have the sense of gay men? |

I'm sure they do but may lack finances of gay men.

My roommate has one of those. It's uncomfortable and the cushion thing slides around. Probably your dogs will like it but nobody else.

I'm not even sure about the dogs. They tend to be rock hard. I think Craigs List or Goodwill would be worth a look before settling for that. We got a great
hardly touched sofa at a charity store for my mom and steam cleaned it just to feel better about it. Cheap and comfy.

Don't any of the furniture stores near you have 0% interest for two years or something similar?
|

0% interest from stores usually means they've jacked up the price to compensate. You aren't going to get shit for free.
