I think picking Michelle is a smart move. Pull her out of the jury house for a day and tell her that he chose her because she got fucked in the game and
deserves it because she is such a good person blah blah blah. It didn't help April in the long run when she did that to Michelle with the jewelry, but
Michelle definitely went overboard trying to keep her in the game after that to her own detriment. It will affect Michelle's vote I think in his favor.
It's like shooting fish in a barrel to get Michelle's loyalty. All you have to do is tell her how wonderful she is for a few hours plus it would be
fun to go with Michelle because she will actually enjoy it and play around with Dan all day and they'll have a blast. She'll feel special and Dan
won't be stuck with Jerry (gak) or Keesha (spending the whole day trying to steal mascara from unsuspecting female camera operators). Memphis doesn't
give a shit. This is actually a really fucking cool twist and Dan is playing it perfectly. These guys won't know it was about hooking up with the jury
until afterward and he can complain about how BORED he was and how much he missed them all.

Dan has nothing to lose, right now at best he is 2nd place. With Michelle, he is at least rolling the dice.. The boy has come a long way... At this point he is

Dan does have a lot to lose if this doesn't work out. He could end up not even being taken to F2, if they all decide he's too much of a jury threat
now. Or this could infuriate the rest of the jury while doing nothing to help him with Michelle. I guess he was already starting out in a bad place with them
anyway, so what's to lose? I just don't know if he can make F2 now. The other thing is that now Jerry probably sees him as public enemy #1 again and if
Grodner rigs F3 HOH for Jerry, he would take Memphis or Keesha (whichever is in F3). Or if Dan wins POV and saves Memphis, then Keesha will be hurt and if she
wins F3 HOH, she'll pick Memphis over Dan.
Dan has played such a high-risk game for the second half of this season. It's worked out more often than not, but I hope he can pull it all together and get to the end. Win or lose, he's pretty much defined this season, if you ask me. Can you imagine the season without him? He's also changed the rules of what you have to do to be a dominant player on BB. No trash talk, or drunken antics, and he's still the main focus. |

The best scenario right now for Dan is to have Mempshit winning the Veto. Mempshit will be the one voting. Dan can plant more doubts in Keesha's head if
Mempshit will vote to keep her. If he keeps Jerry, he will piss off Keesha, if he keeps Keesha, he will piss off Jerry. Right now, Jerry thinks Mempshit is
with him...wait til he kicks him out...he will be so pissed that he got fooled TWICE.

Memphis winning veto is Dan's best choice, but if this is a Q&A, then Memphis may not have a chance. Dan may then feel he has to win veto. He also has
to be very uneasy about leaving Keesha/Memphis/Jerry alone for a day, as Jerry will do his best to poison them both against Dan and get them to turn against
him. I hope that won't happen. Looking back on some of the earlier parts of the game, where Dan was an outcast, it's pretty amazing that out of F4,
he's managed to form very solid friendships with two of the people left.
I still can't believe he was sold on the basis of his political beliefs, and all that nonsense about how he was going to clash with Libra because he's conservative and she's liberal. This game isn't about political views; Libra may not have trusted Dan, but he was the only one to be nice to her in her last week in the house and she seemed to have no problem with him in the jury house sequence. I'm hoping the players like Dan will show BB that you don't have to cast based on OTT personality or on what you believe will create fireworks. |

I swear it couldn't have worked out better for him! Memphis is basically choosing who goes home so it only benefits Dan in regards to the jury and even
more so that he has this luxury prize thing to give Michelle. I don't want to jinx it, but this could be the third person in a row that I've rooted
for actually winning even though the odds were completely against it. Go Padre!

Ultimately Memphis has the vote this week, but I'm not sure if getting rid of Keesha at F4 is good for Dan's game. I wish he would stress to Memphis that they don't know what the comps will be, but they do know the show likes Jerry. Dan must be worried somewhere inside because he must sense that if Memphis can throw Keesha over for Jerry, he may do the same to Dan. Dan should be very concerned about a Jerry/Memphis F2. And of course even if Jerry won HOH and took Dan, Dan would probably lose, because he would only get votes from Libra (maybe) and Memphis. Of all the days for Dan to be away. Hopefully he'll be able to work on Michelle enough to change her opinion of him, or at least make sure she won't further poison the jury against him. It's a very difficult task, but at least he gets a chance. I just hope he also gets a chance at F2, because with the way the show feels about Jerry and the fondness Jerry has for Memphis, he may not get there. Still, he's managed to overcome a lot to get this far and his chances of winning are improving, so we'll see.
