Because isn't that regional? There's no way I could afford my house on either coast, cause it's 4300 sq feet with a huge yard and a pool. But if I
told you how much it cost, you'd shit, cause it was really cheap by coast cost of living.

Ok, I'll spring. We paid only $250K for ours. It was an outrageous steal. It was on the market 9 months cause it needed updating big time. I love those
kinds of houses cause I like to redo everything to my tastes anyway. It really just needs the kitchen and bathrooms redone, but they aren't horrible as
they are. The floor plan is great. I mean yeah, we'll put a big chunk into it when it's all said and done, but I still couldn't get this sq.
footage in this part of town unless I spent anywhere from 600K up. But I know even on the coasts, that would be cheap.

My house was 130k, and we looked at pretty much the exact same house in Toronto.. priced at 750k.
