Seriously - Your locality should have noise ordinances. I call the cops on the Mexican army that descends on my block every week at 7am. The desk sergeant
thought power mowers could be run at 7am, but I READ THE LAW AND I KNOW BETTER. They must've sent a cruiser because I haven't heard dink since.

The ordinance over here in my neighborhood isn't too bad. You can only mow your lawn between 9AM and 9PM Monday though Friday. Saturday and Sunday you're allowed from 8AM until 10PM (not that anyone would be mowing their lawns that late, but whatever). The weird ordinance over here, though, is that no construction of any kind or additions to your house can be done during the weekend. That doesn't make sense to me, but whatever. |

It's quite common here to begin yard work at 6:00 am. Later in the day it gets far too hot for outside activities concerning work. Pollution levels rise
with the heat and people fall over and die as the temperature rises. Just random people...collapsing near and far.
