I asked James @ Legal if it was okay to let everyone know about the name rules. Dig the barely concealed irritation in his tone.

As clarified to you in the previous reply on this issue:

"The content you cite does not constitute a violation of privacy under our Guide to Terms of Use.

Definition: Posting or otherwise causing to appear on an Yuku any of the following, without the permission of the subject(s):

• Full name
• Residential or business address
• Phone number
• Social Security number
• Credit card number
• E-mail address
• Pictures of subject or subject's family/friends/pets/place of residence or employment/study
• IP address

Partial names, addresses, etc. (e.g., "555-1x5x") will be treated as complete.

Please note that the definition of "partial" is specifically the use of names, addresses, etc., where only selected characters are changed or omitted. It does not include use of first or last names only."

Due to the long standing relationship with ezboard/Yuku many users of the Survivor Sucks community are aware of this TOS clause, so posting "news" of this will not be some kind of revelation to them.
