I am not all that bummed about the Bears getting eliminated from the playoffs at all when they were only in contention thanks to back-to-back game-winning field goals in OT. Maybe it's because I knew they were done as soon as it was announced Mike Brown was on injured reserve. Why can't it be the shitty players that get injured all the time and magical monsters of run defense like Mike Brown be spared from any discomfort. -I think I want to have Chad Pennington's babies. I don't know what it is. I have always hated the Dolphins and I know I probably would if Bill Parcells was patrolling the sidelines to remind me of his hand in this, but I think I'm rooting for the Fish to win the Super Bowl. Because of Chad Pennington. He's just so... averagey and consistent and unflashy. Like the way Neckbeard is in my dreams, I think. It was also sort of fun having a reason to root against Brett Favre again today. I don't really know the difference between a second and third round draft pick, but there's got to be one right? What I wouldn't give for just ONE 1976 Tampa Bay Bucs "where are they now?" story. I better stop though before my latent Dolphins disgust resurfaces and I say something harsh about my future baby daddy. Like his mullet being kind of awful. Oops. Speaking of awful hair, is it just me or does Jay Cutler's hair make him look like a lesbian? A sort of chubby lesbian, actually. p.s. Congrats Philadelphia Eagles on winning Super Bowl XLIII.
