Million Dollar listing is back with 3 dweeb Realtors BRAVO August 5 starting at 11pm after the finale of season2 of Flipping

I saw a preview of this on BRAVO yesterday...didn't even know they had tried this before. Apparently Madison is the only one who was interesting to keep on
from the first run?
He's in the center here, flanked by new guys Chad (L) and Josh (R). 
Chad and Josh seem like real douche bags, but it was interesting enough for a 30 minute preview at least. And I am fascinated by Chad's meticulous helmet hairdo and whatever causes his speech to be weird...extra large veneers? Who knows. But he wants to make sure we all know that Josh is "unprofessshhhional." Chad's blog: CHAD

I can't believe Chad is 30. He looks like he's twelve years old. The fact that his hairdo is basically a slight update of the little boy bowl haircut
doesn't help.
Josh thinks he's the shit, but it's obvious even from that short little preview that family connections are the ONLY reason why he's at where he's at. Try carving out a successful business without having everything handed to you on a fucking platter, douchebag. I didn't watch last season too much so I didn't know Madison was on it, but so far the only interesting thing about him is that he admits he has sex with men, but refuses to call himself gay. |

If that was on his site I guess it's clear now I didn't read it. 
He and Josh both acted about 20 in the preview I saw, and I figured that was the gimmick for the show. Wow. Extra added douchiness! Yay! |

This show is appalling... the dude who has just undergone a "revamp" who is open to "anything" well let me save you and us time.. YOU ARE
GAY.. moving on.
The other motherfuckers are good examples why I loathe with the passion of a million hot suns real estate agents of any kind.. we have some pitiful thief, another some dipshit who works for the Hilton family and the ambivalent confused gay. CHRIST I wouldn't buy a fucking slurpee from these assholes let alone a million dollar home. Jeff Lewis would hire them as dog shit picker uppers before even considering them legitimate agents. Thankfully the internet will hopefully thin the ranks of the leeches of society... as far as I am concerned RE agents are as much responsible for some of this mortgage crisis meltdown with their shyster bullshit and manipulations of morons trying to simply buy a home but thanks to the agent and their "friend" the mortgage broker ended up spending and buying beyond their means.. they should have to return their commissions and bonuses for ripping people off... |

Holding an open house is a piece of cake (although my friends in real estate tell me it's rare to sell a house from an open house, but that it is a good way to get new clients). It sounds easy. Of course with the real estate slump it's not a good time to be one but when it's booming it seemed like everyone was becoming a real estate agent in Las Vegas, where I live. |

removed from selling shoes which is what most RE Agents are.. used car salesmen with a license. Thiefs, liars and lazy... it takes no brains to be one.. which
definitely puts a few posters in line to be one. Perfect career choice.

I was actually surprised I didn't hate this show as much as I thought I would. I never knew there was a first season and didn't understand the premise
of the show based on the previews.
It amazes me that Chad thinks that hairstyle looks good. And Madison, you're a mo. Even your name yells it out loud. The art thief appears to be a major drunk & queen. My main complaint about the show, and I was wondering if anybody else noticed this, was when Dr. Sam was writing the check that it was dated 5/23/07. It took Bravo a year to film and put this crap on the air? |

I noticed when that one queef-head bought the CL550, he said the car had just come out and he is one of the first to own it, so I guess they did really film
the show a year ago. I liked the first season much better, and I don't see that changing! There were a lot more than 3 realtors, and each eppy concentrated
on 2 or 3, and a house they were selling at the time. Ray and Dia<3! This show seems more like it is going to concentrate on the douchefuck queen realtors,
than the house and the process. Blah.

I don't know if everyone's aware of this. Oh, and also...one of Chad's clients? Ronald Richards. I know! Ronald Richards...or Ron Richards, as Chad sometimes likes to call him. Yeah. Chad has real estate listings for THE Ronald Richards. Not sure if either of these has been brought to anyone's attention multiple times. Remember when Marcel Top Chef got hit over the head with a bottle in Vegas? I'm hoping for something similar to happen to Chad...only much, much worse. |
