And just recently a body was found around my new house in "The Pits" as we call them. It's where we all go to party and I have always said I wouldn't be surprised if there was a body kicking around these parts and I was right!

I sure am. Probably won't happen though. Your "aww the poor feller is sick" theory still holds true in this fucking country. "Awww, you decapitated, defiled and killed 20 people but since you thought you heard voices, we won't give you a record and let you out after a 30 day time-out."

If they are mentally fucked, they are mentally fucked, they cannot be fixed. Releasing them is asking for disaster but hey, that's happened here in Canookia before, might as well do it again.
