I'll say yes to "one of" in front of that sentence.
And I'm going to see Tom on 8/23. |

They're okay. But I don't consider them to be a 'band'. They're more like an All-Star Team.

And I'm going to see Tom on 8/23.Woot. I'm going on the 20th. The setlist doesn't look very exciting, I have to admit. And I pretty much agree with every post in this thread. So far. |

I'm only going for Tom. It was an old lady birthday gift from my daughter and husband.

Have you downloaded any Mudcrutch songs? "Lover of the Bayou" is on constant rotation around here. Oooh, also, have you seen the TPATH documentary on
Sundance? It's incredible viewing for any music lover; if you like Tom it's like as near to ecstasy as TV will ever bring you.

I've seen the Running Down a Dream doc by Bogdonavich - that made me swoon. Is that what you mean?
Favorite Mudcrutch song is "Scare Easy". Tom. Wilburys and Mudcrutch have such a heavy rotation on my ipod that my kid is calling him Voldemort II and I am not allowed to play any of them around her or mention his name until after the concert. |

Walls is by far the best Tom Petty song.
Lindsay Buckingham does the best back up in history on that song towards the end. |

Remember when Tom Petty was so disgusted with one of his songs that
he smashed his hand into a wall and broke several bones? I know how he feels. |
