I only watched sporadically throughout the season but enough to get to know everyone. What a surprise to see Michaela and Sandy eliminated back to back, and it just goes to show even shows like this not under the production of CBS produce shitty winners. Personally I felt like any of the three other than Ben deserved to win. Michaela was just so appreciate of the whole experience, Sandy was definitely the toughest and most willing to push her boundaries to win, and I especially felt bad for Steven because I know he wanted to use the money to help his mother. And there you have it, Ben is using the money to buy a house. Fun show, but it was inevitable a guy would win and I'm even shocked that any girls made it to the finale, let alone two.

I think the only thing worse than him winning would have been Sandy winning. I really do hope that her broken finger held her back in the final. It's her own stupidity that did it to her on that one. It wasn't even the job that broke it but her punching a fence. I watched most of the episodes and I can only say Thank God It's Over. I just wish they had had a better crop of men on here. Ben was just gross and annoying and acted like a pothead. It's kind of ironic that most of the women were probably inherently tougher than most of the men (Sandy, Michaela, Rie), but it really didn't matter since most of the jobs and especially the way the finale was structured required brute strength and agility over just being "tough". If that was the case, then Sandy would've won.

That's what pissed me off, it was based on performance in the past, and tonight all the eliminations were based off of agility and speed, nothing much to do with the job. Which sucked for the girls because there was no way either could compete with the guys, it's just simple biology. The eliminations were just BS. I mean it had nothing to do with your capability to perform the job well, it was just basically about who could run faster. I mean after all these weeks of hell jobs and tough jobs, the winner is decided by who can cut a tree down faster and then run back to get your check? I mean are you fucking serious? Steven being final 2 was so random. He was like bottom 3 every week and never won a challenge. I was hoping he would win to prevent ugly Ben from winning and so his win would contradict the whole point of the show, finding the toughest person. That lady could hold her own, and I was very disappointed that the 2 ladies went out 3rd and 4th. Was really hoping for Sandy to crush the 2 young bucks, or for an upset win from Michaela. I give it to them, I could never have gotten in the ring with that bull. They all deserved that Truck. It definitely could have been edited a bit more interestingly, but it had some great characters.

I'm OK with him being the winner. Although Steven had good intentions for use of the money, he had been in the bottom 3 or 2 so many times, I'm surprised he even made it to the final 4. I would have liked to see Michaela win.
