holy fuck my fucking mouth.
ok it is probably not even that spicy but my mouth is fragile and inexperienced. i have drank pints & pints of water already and i am only 1/2way through. this is intense. |

Water does NOTHING to cool the burn from spicy food. Capsaicin is not water soluble. All it does is wash it around your mouth.
The best thing to drink is...MILK. It reacts with the capsaicin and puts out the fire. ETA: OMG! Twinsies!!! |
