I also read that they were going to have Maya be the one that rid of the virus, that's the reason they had her finally get control of her powers. They were going to have her take the virus into herself, although they didn't decide whether she was going to live or die after that. Also, the season two DVD is out in the UK and they revealed what Kaito's powers were. He could see the probable outcomes of every situation and choice made, but the writers didn't like that power so they took the scene out.

This is the first time I have encountered a ban on bit torrents for anything... but kinda cool that they are keeping a tight lid on things (well relatively tight lid).
