Posts: 9652 (08/07/08 8:18 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	i can't say libra's smart because when playing a game with a large cash prize, it's really stupid to gloat and brag about all the shit you have. she's done that repeatedly---her ego overcomes her smarts and it happens almost every day. does anyone in there NOT know she has a 4000 sq. ft. house with 5 bedrooms, a pool, a boat, and takes lots of trips? dan's the smartest person in this game. he slipped the 'taint of brian' beautifully and is now of value to both sides. he's also very good at being nice to people he hates and avoids the personal battles being fought in there.

Dan and Renny are too UTR for my taste, but they're definitely playing a fine game. Keesha and Libra's game is just more interesting and entertaining to watch. Keesha would have a slight edge over Libra for me, cause I think Keesha is more likely to get all the way to the end than Libra. She still doesn't have a huge target on her back, where as Libra would definitely go up if certain people were HOH. Keesha has set herself up with several people who would probably take her to the Final 2, and managed to eliminate, and then replace, Memphis' closest ally. I think shes doing really well so far. Also, shes edited pretty positively, which shows the producers probably like her, which definitely helps in this show.

Went from being the #1 taarget to being able to slip under the radar perfectly (and per his confessionals we know he did it on purpose, not accidently as so many people do). I'm not a huge fan of the UTR strategy (it is so boring to watch), but he's actually doing it well and still being pretty entertaining and both sides like him. Very smart. I love Renny, but she's just playing a normal UTR game, which doesn't make her that smart...just normal game play. Jessie has got to have the worst game ever! How he has not been voted out yet is way beyond me! I mean, he was on the block last week and still started telling people they were going home and was pissing people off. I am 100% biased here, but he has to have the worst game of everyone there! Sadly, it looks like one of the smartest players, Brian, went home very early. As for Keesha and Libra...they have some real smarts (though I sometimes wonder if Keesha's emotional game play just happens to be smart on accident), but they are only looking short term. Sure "thier side" has won HoH every time, but as soon as someone else wins, they are screwed! How good they are will come into play when they end up on the block.

He really doesn't have any strong alliance partner and that will come back to bite him. He's also not really making any big moves where somebody would award him the game. At this point Dan's only hope at winning is going against somebody that's not well liked i.e. April or Jerry but by doing this he'd have to betray his alliance of Memphis, Keesha, Libra, and Renny and by doing this would loss all the votes of the jury. His only hope is taking Libra at this point to the finals if he HOPES to win. April - April ignored the strong demands of her alliance and screwed up her HOH run. I think April would be sitting pretty had she listened to Keesha & Libra's request to rid the house of Jessie. Sure Memphis MAY come after her but April has to realize if she was nominated next to Ollie she'd be safe. (Keesha, Libra, and Renny would not vote to keep Ollie and I do believe she could pull Michelle into saving her.) However b/c she went against her alliance she will be out fairly soon unless she can pass blame on Ollie. Ollie - He hasn't done anything but add fuel to April's fire. He will defo be the fallout guy. April who's smarter than him will pinpoint her actions on him and say he was talking in her ear the whole time. Ollie has already been known to be a little sneaky and I have a feeling he'll somehow manage to sell out his F2 alliance with Jerry in the process of defending himself which will cause his eviction since April will be left with nobody after this week and Ollie still will have somebody to align with. Memphis - Hasn't done much of anything. He's been beaten down by his alliance and besides his mini-alliance/main squeeze Keesha, Memphis doesn't have much else going for him. I think if he stays tonight he will be UTR as everyone else will want to take down each other. Keesha and Libra after April. Michelle and April after Libra etc. Libra - I don't think she's the smartest either. She seems more influenced by Keesha than anyone else and somehow has worked up an alliance with Keesha. Libra's problem is she somehow gets blamed for everything which will be bad at the end of the game with a bitter jury. I think the house views her as the "puppetmaster" but I really think she is more of a puppet. Keesha - I truly think she is the puppetmaster in her alliance. No matter what Keesha has done or is doing, people blame everyone around Keesha. Nothing is ever chalked up to really be Keesha's fault which is a great benefit. She really doesn't have anyone coming after her next week as everyone would rather get rid of Libra. Its even to a point where Jessie and Michelle were talking about nominating Libra and Renny next week if they should win HOH. Keesha is also responsible for controling the evictions (if Jessie should be evicted) for two weeks. Angie last week and now Jessie. She has some type of karma around people that can't make them angry w/ her. Even Michelle seems to like her. Plus she has many minions right now: Memphis, Libra, Renny who all seem to want to protect her. Michelle - Michelle isn't really playing. Besides making a DUMB deal to save herself from nominations and an alliance with Ollie/April. Michelle has made many mistakes. If your alliance is the smallest alliance in the house, you don't give up an HOH comp. Once Jessie's gone I think she will become a floater and b/c Memphis is with Keesha and co. I can sorta see her gliding in their direction and help take out April/Ollie/Jerry to save face. Jerry - Dumbest player there. I don't know what he's thinking but he's just a moron. Everything this guy does is dumb. Everyone hates him and I can't possibly see him winning. Anyone he goes against will win. He's the goat right now. Renny - I think Renny was smart in clinging onto Keesha. Her loyality to Keesha saved her in this game and has layed low. By following Keesha she's made some of the same choices but has done it more UTR. Renny's issue she'll face at the end will be (at this point) riding Keesha's coattails. If she's with Keesha at the end, I can see people picking Org Keesha over Keesha 2.0 Ranking Keesha - For never being the fall guy but in reality is controlling the house Renny - Realizing Keesha is controling the house Memphis - Same as above Dan - Better than the rest April - A good manipulator and bitch. Will be safe gap Ollie/Michelle - Haven't done much gap again Libra - For being Keesha's pawn and taking the blame for EVERYTHING huge gap Jerry

She makes the right moves for the wrong reasons. But for her to be given credit as the smartest player after wrapping herself in plastic and sitting in sauna is just wrong.

She was the only person in the beginning to get to know Renny and by doing that she has her loyalty. She is in a good enough position that even if she is up she will most likely not go home. Most of the house likes her enough to keep her. I say that is pretty good gameplay.

I mean, week one, she was a trainwreck, yes. But since then, she's worked herself into a strong alliance and proved that she can win challenges without actually winning challenges and making herself look like a threat. She's also good at forming relationships with the other players in the house to a point where pretty much no one outright hates her. And finally, she seems to have this uncanny abilty to wheedle people just right to set them off and yet escape scot-free.
