Remove this ad This is my first year teaching, I will be teaching 3rd grade and I am supposed to come up with a bulletin board for the hallway. My theme is sports and all I can think of to put up right now is "racing toward our goals". If I use that what should the picture be, or what can I have the kids make to put on the board on the first few days? Or if anyone has other ideas I would really appreciate it. Are you a hick or something? Football and Baseball are the number 1 and 2 sports in US of A. Racing? only if your 3rd graders already have 1 tooth and 1 baby. How about a baseball theme? 1st base is your first quarter goals, 2nd, 3rd and home is graduation/summer break. put halloween around first base put christmas break around 2nd base, spring around 3rd and summer around home base.
