And since he's switched jobs about 2 dozen people have come to me and told me what a douchebag he was and how much the hated working with him. Sweet! Ok, i'm finished. I just sent it off to my boss with a note that says "i'm not really good at this." I put myself on the high end of meeting expectations. I HATE this part of my job. Now I have to do reviews/evaluations for everyone who works for me. HATE!
