Worst HoH Weeks |
Lead | |
|
This is my first season watching, but during April's HoH, I noticed several people were pointing at her as having one of the worst HoH weeks ever. So
could anyone give me a rundown on some of the worst HoHs they've had, and why they were bad? I already know about Howie from BB6, but people were
mentioning Jee, and a couple others.

Both weeks Jee was HOH, the pawn went home.
Ryan from last season was said to have had an awful HOH week because he got James out of the house, then James was immediately voted back in and won HOH, putting Ryan/Matt on the block. Back in BB2, Kent had what turned out to be a game-ending HOH week. He nominated the right targets (Boogie and Krista), but in his speech, he said Krista was a bad mother. This made Hardy get into a big self-righteous fury, and Kent basically became a pariah, leaving the following week. BB4 Dana was another who was out the week after she won. She went on a power trip and took out one of the most popular players in the house, Dave. Alison, or Alison's plaything Nathan, won the next HOH and out Dana went. |

So many come to mind... :P
The 'Sexy Six' (Alex, Amanda, Jen, Parker, Matt, Natalie) having both Head of Household and Power of Veto, yet still got two members of their alliance sent home that week. Ryan's original HOH of course where he backdoored James only for that ridiculous mystery box thing to bring him right back again. -_- The riggings in BB8 certainly screwed up at least one HOH run. Jessica's second HOH was wasted on ultra weak Seahag when they wouldn't let Eric use the veto to get out a Donato. Daniele screwed up her first HOH when she tried to backdoor Eric but moronically put up Jen and Kail with the initial noms instead of one of those two and any LNC member, resulting in Eric staying in a 4-3 vote. Boogie's F4 HOH in All Stars when Janelle's veto win got Will booted. Janelle trying to get out Danielle only for Will and James to throw the veto to her, so Janelle puts up close ally Marcellas thinking he's safe and he goes 6-0. Howie's original HOH goes without saying. Nakomis's final HOH when she put up Drew & Cowboy, but the very biased veto let them throw it to Diane, who won, pulled off Drew, and Nakomis got to watch her last ally Karen booted out of the house by default. Jee putting up Erika vs. Michelle early in BB4, knocking the exes down to 7-3 in the process. |

Howie. Season 6. Up go James and Sarah. Terrible. Attrocious even. |

Yep. Howie's stands alone. That move completely changed the entire course of the game, and he screwed his entire alliance.
Worst HoH ever! |

J-Blow, breaking her promise to Kayser by not only putting up two people from his alliance, but then putting him up and leading to his second eviction. Sure,
it was an entertaining week that made the house completely implode from the inside, but it basically moved J-Blow from #5 in the pecking order in her alliance
to Public Enemy #1 in the eyes of the SOV's.
Also, the fact that Janelle won HOH and evicted her ass a day after her HOH ended tells you how bad her reign was. |

Boogie's HoH in week 1 of BB2. Puts up Nicole and Sheryl, the most likeable HG, as a pawn. Nicole rounds up the votes to stay by promising to take out
Chilltown. Boogie was totally blindsided by a 5-4 vote to save Nicole. He gets some slack cut though since at least he had no history to learn from.
Kaysar's HoH in All-Stars. I don't even blame him so much for not targetting Chilltown, but the constant swinging back and forth about whether to keep Nakomis or Diane revealed what a mess that HoH was, and in the end, Kaysar couldn't pull Marcellas into line, and they ended up having to boot Nakomis after making a deal to work with her. Jen's HoH in BB8, where she had an entire house after her and ended up getting pressured to boot Joe. |

BB2 - Booger. He wants psycho bitch Nicole out and nominates the house favorite, Sheryl, as the pawn. Of course, Sheryl, the one who cooked and cleaned and
mothered for the rest of the house, gets evicted, leaving Booger with a dumbstruck look on his face.
BB6 - Himbowie - No explanation necessary.

^ I'm blanking on the details too, but wasn't he responsible for getting Amy (his closest ally in the house) evicted?

That's right! He nominated her because he was embarrassed that she kept getting drunk and loud. He was such a little bitch.

BB2-Hardy's HoH at F5. He had the tie vote to evict Will, but instead chose Bunky. Of course this resulted into having Will throw HoH to Monica and then
Will voting him out. Dumbass Hardy.
BB3-Danielle's HoH at F4. The only person that Danielle could have beat in the final 2 was Amy, which she admitted, and instead she asks Jason to evict Amy over Lisa. WTF? I'm sure that Danielle REGRETS this decision, especially since her and Amy are great friends now. Lisa who? BB4-Dana's HoH at F10. First off, she should have eliminated herself in the HoH so Alison could have it, but Alison did it first. Second off, she drew the line in the sand, and she chose the SMALLER side. I get that she wanted to spend her time in the house with people she didn't want to disembowel, but she handled everything incorrectly. I don't know why she nominated Jack and Alison. She should have put Nathan up there because, well, as history showed, Nathan went on to win the veto and veto Alison. Dana kissed away $500,000. BB5-Adria's HoH at F9. Talk about turning on an alliance. Dumb ass bitch. So Jesus told you to put up the black guy and the gay dude? haha, <3 Marvin. It's ridiculous that she wouldn't put Cowpoke up there. IDIOTIC WHORE! She basically guaranteed the target to be on her and her sister's back the next week. However, in doing this move, at least it gave us Marvin for an extra couple of weeks. BB6-Janelle's HoH at F9. Dumb, dumb, dumb. She made the correct nominations, but she should have been targetting MAGGIE, not JBlow. Not only did she NOT target Maggie, she fucking vetoed her. What the hell was up with that? If she had gotten Maggie out at F9, there's a good chance that the group would have splintered considering the fact that Maggie was their glue. Oh well, just another week in the BB house where they gave Maggie even better chances at winning. BB7-Erika's HoH win at F6. There were a lot of stupid ass HoH's during this season. There was James's one at F12, Janelle's at F9, George's at F8. However, Erika's tops them all. This is the week that she guaranteed her loss. I like Erika for the most part. She's a nice, animal loving girl who does pilates. Yay. However, I wanted to cut her during this week. She nominated George and Janelle. That was the first mistake. She should have nominated Will and Janelle because George really liked Erika and thought that they had something. Next, and here's the huge error, Erika put Danielle up in Janelle's place when Janelle vetoed herself. Why, Erika, WHY?????????? Danielle would have taken Erika to the end. As HoH, you should NEVER put someone up that you're close to because people will evict that person. So, Erika put Danielle up and, Danielle went out. Erika then went on to make it the finals because she won a crucial F5 veto, compared notes with Janelle, and because everyone knew that they could beat her in the finals because she had betrayed so many people. Janelle made a great point for Boogie at the jury discussion, at least he was loyal to someone. Erika turned on pretty much everyone, especially DANIELLE. Erika gave her HoH to Boogie. Therefore, she failed. BB8-Jessica's HoH at F7. Jessica KNEW that she couldn't trust Dick and Daniele. Why, because they're not idiots. Jessica knew that Dick and Daniele would team up with the two remainding players in the F6. In this case, those players were Jameka and Zach. Jessica's mistake was not trusting her intuition. Not America's Playa. She had the most beautiful chance in the world. She was HoH, Eric had the veto. However, she didn't listen to herself, and in a game like this, all you have is your gut. BB9-Sheila's HoH at F5. This was actually a pretty good HoH season. All of the HoH's had a fairly successful week. The only reason I give Sheila this title is because she should have gotten Ryan evicted. The girls should have joined together, but they didn't. If they had gotten Ryan out, Sheila would have been a lock for the finals. Adam, Natalie, and Sharon would have felt allegiance towards her. Adam wouldn't have stuck with Natalie after all of the crap, and Natalie would have shown her evil self to Adam. Anyway, those are just my opinions. |

April this year had a bad HOH. Put a pawn up in Jessie, only to have her alliance turn on her and keep her #1 enemy in the house.

Marcellus put up Tanya and (?) the first time he was HOH. He was a complete asshole that week (as he was every week) and Roddy put him up with Amy the next
week. The second time was when he reduced Amy to @$%$! with his vicious nomination speech.
I'd forgotten about this one, but you're right, it was awful. A true trainwreck of an HOH. I never thought she was stupid enough to put Danielle up. I give more credit to Will than Boogie, Will went in there and kept on until she agreed. I'd also say Janelle's HOH where she put up Boogie/Diane, then rigged the veto for Boogie to be replaced by Erika. I think if she'd gotten Boogie out that week, she could have won. This was also the week she nominated Zach, who had been extremely loyal to her for most of the game. Funnily enough, after a season of winning absolutely nothing, he won the next HOH and booted her ass out. I wonder what his motivation was... |

James Barber wrote:It was actually Diane who went up in Boogie's place. That was the mistake Janelle made. She was crushing on Will and wanted to work with him, fine. But she put a semi-ally in Erika up as a pawn with no warning in week 4. Almost everyone in the house was targetting Janelle. It was such a stupid move to turn on one of the few people who wasn't. Had she put up Diane/Boogie right from the get-go, she would've caused a lot less drama for herself and her allies. Diane was actually a good nomination...an endurance threat who was definitely planning on going after Janelle. But going after her in such an uneccessarily messy way just pissed everyone off. |

Josh, that's right.
I also liked Erika, at least until All-Stars. She debased herself for Boogie, of all people. I still think the Nadria (whichever won) HOH is the most insane HOH run ever. It also seemed so out of character for her. Maybe I missed something (I didn't have the feeds for BB5), but I never had any idea she would put up Will, even if he'd been pissy after she won HOH. I thought some people said Diane pushed her into the nominations. Did she? I agree about the FF, but I didn't blame him for F6, since Jessica had won two comps, Eric had won a veto, and they had shown much less loyalty to him than the Donatos. It was actually Diane who went up in Boogie's place.Oh that's right, thanks.

I'm not sure Zach could have won against anyone. The loathing for him in that house was suffocating. I think going at F3 was almost better for him, because
he can say "what might have been." If he'd gone to F2 I think that jury was petty enough to say some of the nastiest things in any reality show
jury.
I do agree he should have gotten a Donato out with the FF. |
