I used to have them! they say that they will come sexed, but they will LIE. And you will wake up a few months down the road with a bazillion of them climbing
all over the aquarium. And then you'll try and separate them cause they have completely take over the 1st aquarium, then you'll have 12 differnt
aquariums with a bazzilionand half of these things. Then you'll call pet stores begging them to take some but they won't want them, then you'll
have to know somebody who works at the zoo and at the local university who will finally take them off your hands while you think to yourself, I WIll NEVER do
that again.

My kids love all things bug. These guys are nocturnal, don't fly ( ! ) and are said not to smell. I don't know how much hissing is involved, but they
do live up to 5 years ( Unless the cats get them that is )
They're being offered for free on freecycle.org, otherwise I wouldn't consider it. |

omg, I am itchier than you after reading that beep.
I remember watching a documentary on Madagascar a few years ago and regretting it. The trunks of the trees were squirming on their own and I couldn't figure out why until the camera panned in and showed the millions and millions of bugs on them. :screams |

they don't smell and the hissing is nothing. BUT they are free on freecycle. They must be going through what I went through about 8 years ago. Seriously,
if you get them, get ONE. or if you need two but put them in SEPARATE cages. for real, you will thank me for that alter. unless of course, they are coming
already preggers, then RUN. my god RUN!

I have some advice for you kf:
2. STOP MADAGASCAR HISSING COCKROACHES FROM REPRODUCING FOR GOD'S SAKE Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches are expensive. It's estimated it will take $10 to get a cockroach exterminated in today's dollars. The cost of disinfectant is rising faster than inflation. If you're unable to afford basic dental dams you probably can't afford the cockroaches you have, let alone any more. If you have to scour the neighborhood for enough pop bottles to redeem for a roach motel, do it. Until then, avoid the cockroach bandwagon, if you know what I mean. You'll benefit and so will society |

I don't recall any horns. And they kinda just..sit there. mine started out on opposite sides of an aquarium completely avoiding eachotehr. and it looked
like that was how it was always gonna be. But they must have met up in secret one lat night. Fucking slut.

My daughter had to do a project for Bio last year, she picks earthworms to observe while her best friend did the Madagascars.
What my kid observed was the mysterious disappearing earthworms. Yes, earthworms today...your children tomorrow, kf! |

Who knew that Beep was la cucaracha expert? They are kind of fun. Poke them with a pencil and they'll hiss...otherwise they don't generally make any noise at all if I recall correctly. Beepers has scared the shit out of me though...I shan't be buying one for my little guy anytime soon. |
