That kind of surprised me that he would mention a "rival" network and dancing show...

Well, except for Master P but he didn't need the money, he was doing it for his son. If they had a bunch of A-B listers I doubt we'd have as good a show because they'd wear thin & stop trying eventually. This show is a lot of hard work 7 days a week. They all get the same base pay $200,000 (I think) no matter if they get booted first or at F4, then the F3 get the extra cash.
